Really Focus provides comprehensive tools to manage your clients and their associated projects, keeping all your work organized in one place.
Setting Up Client Profiles
To add a new client:
Navigate to the Clients section in the sidebar
Click Add New Client
Enter the client's details including:
Name and company
Contact information
Notes about the relationship
Client logo (optional)
The client management dashboard showing active clients and projects
Creating Projects
For each client, you can create multiple projects:
Go to the client's profile page
Click New Project
Enter project details:
Project name
Description
Start and end dates (optional)
Project status
Pro Tip
Use descriptive, specific names for projects to make them easier to find later. For example, instead of "Website Project," use "ABC Corp Website Redesign 2025."
Organizing Tasks by Project
When creating tasks, you can associate them with specific projects:
Create a new task (either from the Day Planner or Projects section)
Select the associated project from the dropdown
Add task details including deadline, priority, and description
This makes it easy to track all work related to a specific project.
Client Communication History
Really Focus helps you maintain a complete history of client communications:
Email integration shows all emails with that client
Meeting notes can be attached to client profiles
Task history shows what you've completed for each client
Client Dashboards
Each client has a dashboard showing:
Active projects and their status
Upcoming deadlines
Recent communications
Outstanding tasks
Reporting for Clients
Generate reports to track work done for specific clients:
Go to the client's profile
Click Generate Report
Select the date range and information to include
Download or share the report
This is particularly useful for billing or review meetings.
Team Collaboration on Client Work
If you work with a team:
Assign team members to specific clients
Set permissions for who can view or edit client information
Collaborate on client tasks with shared visibility
